Requirements for Novice
Nanny Applicant
A novice nanny has under 3 years of nanny or child care experience.

• Must be 21 years or older
• Must be a high school graduate
• Must have prior experience with children
• Checkable references
• No criminal record
• A valid driver's license
• Valid documents to work in the United States
• Must be able to make a 1-year commitment to the right family
• On average, our nannies stay with families for 2 1/2 years
• Infant CPR and first aid training required within 30 days of employment
  

Requirements for Professional
Nanny Applicant
A professional has over 5 years of nanny experience or a college degree in a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of nanny experience or college education
• Checkable references
• Must be 25 years or older
• Must be a High School graduate
• No criminal record
• A valid driver's license
• Must be able to make a 2- 5 years commitment to the right family
• On average, our nannies stay with families 2 1/2 years
• Valid documents to work in the United States
